Biography
Chris practices in the area of complex commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on representing real estate owners, sponsors, landlords, tenants and developers across all asset classes.
He serves as the Administrative Partner for the firm’s Texas Real Estate Practice and is a member of the firm’s Strategic Growth Committee. Chris previously served as Managing Partner of the Dallas office and as a member of the firm's Executive Committee. He assists clients with:
- Development, acquisition and disposition of raw land, retail shopping centers, office buildings, multifamily apartments, industrial projects, medical office buildings and other health care facilities
- Retail, office and industrial leasing for both landlords and tenants
- Reciprocal and easement agreements
Chris also represents borrowers and guarantors in connection with mortgage and construction loans.
He pairs his legal knowledge and experience with hands-on, real-world business experience from his four years working with a leading commercial real estate firm in Texas on the development, asset management and leasing of retail shopping centers.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Chris served as the head of the Commercial Real Estate Transactions Practice at David & Goodman, P.C. He also previously worked at a Dallas-based national law firm, as well as one of the leading commercial real estate firms in Texas.
