Seth R. Parker
Seth focuses his practice in all aspects of family law, particularly matrimonial law matters. He routinely represents clients in cases involving dissolution, non-dissolution, domestic violence, spousal and child support, equitable distribution, custody and parenting time. He has been involved in appellate proceedings regarding the return of abducted children as well as multiday custody and relocation trials. Additionally, Seth is well-versed in drafting and enforcing prenuptial agreements.

Seth was previously associated with a Bergen County firm handling various domestic relations matters. He is a former law clerk to The Honorable Maureen B. Mantineo, the Presiding Judge for the Family Division in Hudson County, New Jersey. During law school, Seth was a student prosecutor for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office in Massachusetts.
