As a member of the firm’s family law practice, Merryl represents clients in matters related to divorce, child support and custody. She is well versed in drafting settlement agreements, proposed parenting plans and final divorce papers and stipulations. Merryl has significant experience handling early settlements, uncontested divorces, equitable distribution and parenting time agreements.

Before Fox Rothschild

Merryl is a former intern and judicial extern for the Honorable John E.H. Stackhouse of the New York County Supreme Court. She has also served as a matrimonial department intern for a New York City law firm.

Beyond Fox Rothschild

Merryl is a former volunteer for the inMotion Uncontested Divorce Project, where she assisted clients in uncontested divorce actions.
