Kimberly concentrates her practice in securities litigation and director and officer liability, corporate compliance and business torts. Her experience includes complex commercial litigation, including shareholder class action and derivative litigation, breach of fiduciary duty, corporate waste, securities fraud, Securities and Exchange Commission investigations and internal corporate investigations. Kimberly has represented and counseled a diverse group of clients, including directors and officers of public corporations, private corporations and nonprofit organizations.

Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Kimberly was a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. where she gained experience in complex, multifaceted litigation.

She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and is admitted to practice before the United State Courts of Appeals for the First and Third Circuits and various United States District Courts in those and other jurisdictions. Kimberly is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association.
