Bob’s practice has major emphasis in:

Bob was the managing shareholder of Kabala & Geeseman, prior to its merger with Fox Rothschild.
Bob has identified and interpreted practice alternatives for the American Bar Association Antitrust Section’s Task Force on Medical Joint Ventures. He is qualified to serve as an arbitrator and mediator with the Alternate Dispute Resolution Service of the American Health Lawyers Association and as an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association.
Bob has volunteered his time and efforts for numerous community and philanthropic organizations, including:
- the Foundation Board of the Association for Retarded Citizens—Allegheny Chapter
- Producers’ Society of WQED public television
- Board of Deacons in the First Presbyterian Church of Pittsburgh
- Tri-Borough Zoning Hearing Board in Allegheny County (Chairman)
